Top 5 heart health tips
1.      Try to eat a healthy diet
2.      Avoid smoking
3.      Keep an active lifestyle
4.      Maintaining a healthy body weight
5.      Reduce your stress

To keep my health healthy is to play or exercise daily or for 30 minutes a day. Also I will have to eat my fruits and vegetables. Prevent smokes that can damage my brain cells. Be more happy instead being stressed out a lot. Also by sleeping early and wake up with lots of energy.
