Duties and Responsibilities: Neurologists are highly-trained
medical doctors who diagnose and treat nervous system disorders, especially
diseases involving the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles. Subspecialties
within neurology include pediatric or child neurology, clinical neurophysiology,
vascular neurology, neurodevelopmental disabilities, neuromuscular medicine and
sleep medicine. Neurologists do not typically perform surgery; neurosurgeons
typically undertake surgical procedures involving the nervous system.

Educational Requirement: Neurology nurses are RN nurses
or registered nurses specialized in the field of neurology. The position as RN
is obtained by having a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and sometimes an
