Always do the right things in life! If you want to succeed do the right. When you do something and it comes out wring then your screwed. When it comes to a project and you think you are going to pass, hold up, you got to think and check if everything on your project is correct. When he checks and you get a good grade then you did the right. Now if you didn’t go over the poster and you just turn it in like whatever, it’s going to end not being right and you have done something wrong that made that project a fail. So always do what is right and never give up! J  

Cytotechnologists CPCC

Cytology is the scientific study of living cells. They examine different types of bacteria and what is in a human living body. The experiment cells to see what these types of cells can do that can harm people or all living things. I wouldn’t join it because I am not interested but what I am interested is being a doctor. I say that being a cytotechnologist is cool because we find out new discoveries in life.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cytology is the study of human body cells. Cytotechnologists are specially trained clinical technologists who study human body cells. They examine cells to identify changes that may indicate diseases like cancer.

Their duties include preparing microscope slides of cell samples, examining cell samples using microscopes, identifying abnormalities in shape, size, color, using other automated lab equipment to perform test results to physicians.

Cytotechnologists usually work in hospitals, clinics, or private laboratories. They also work in universities or for other researchers.

Average Salary:$30,000-$50,000

Educational Requirements:

Students should take the most challenging high school courses in science, math, and English.

Almost all cytotechnologists earn a bachelor’s degree in medical or clinical technology programs that include a year-long clinical internship in the field.

Rehabilitation or Mental Health Counselors

Duties and Responsibilities:

Rehabilitation or mental health counselors work with the mentally, emotionally, and physically disable. It is their job to help patients develop more faith in themselves. They work with patients to help them become self-sufficient and productive. Counselors often work closely with their patients’ doctors and family. Counselors may work in private practice, for schools, industry, or in the hospital or residential health care settings. Counselors often:

·     Work with patients who abuse alcohol or are addicted to drugs.

·     Interview and observe patients to determine problem areas

·     Conduct personality, aptitude, achievement, and psychology tests

·     Help patients find and keep jobs

Average Salary: $25,000-$45,000

Educational Requirements:

Students interested in becoming counselors should take a challenging high school curriculum.

A bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or sociology is the minimum requirement for low level counseling jobs, but a master’s degree is required for most. To become licensed by a state, counselors must pass written and oral examinations and work for about two years in a supervised clinical setting.

Educational Requirements:

      Students should take high school courses in business, information management, science, math, and English.

Coding specialists must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Training is usually conducted on the job, but classes are offered at technical schools and community colleges. To become certified, specialists must pass an examination.

Accredited record technicians must earn an associate’s degree from an accredited college program or from the American Health Information Management Association Independent Study Program. Additionally, they must pass a credentialing examination.

Record administrators must complete a bachelor’s degree program in the field and pass a certification examination.
